Diagnostics
Once we are received your device, diagnostics and troubleshooting is going to be the first stop. Depends on the issue that you're having we'll go and test your device to understand, verify and validate the problem.
This is the most critical step that needs to be done in terms of proceeding your repair and hopefully save your device.
Estimate
Estimation is basically the second stop, since we have successfully completed your device's diagnostics, we know what needs to be done to recover your device to functioning state.

We'll let you know the repair estimate, once you're approved we'll go and star your repair process.
Repair and Restoration
This is our third stop, we'll replace faulty or suspicious components on your device. If it's a restoration project, we'll go and refresh possible failure points on your device to provide longevity.
Test
This is the final and essential step of your repair. Depends on the issue, we'll go and test your device.

Test methods may be vary based on the device and issue type.
For example some issues are obvious such as no power, no display which are fairly easy to validate.

But some issues only occurs when the certain criteria or condition is met such as device powers off when the volume is 5 or higher.

We'll make sure the device is testing pass before we give you a call on your repair completion.
